Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has been popping up on eBay these past couple of days, with sellers demanding up to £200 (~$290) a pop. This has prompted Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida to make a statement on the PlayStation Blog, stating that a number of copies of Naughty Dog's latest were stolen in transit in the UK, and Sony is working with the police to try and track the culprits down. Holy…!
One seller contacted by Eurogamer.net claims that HM Revenue & Customs had seized 10,000 copies of the game over unpaid VAT, which are now being sold on. That, er… Yeah, we reckon that the exact same guy may find himself embroiled in the middle of a criminal investigation any minute now. Whoops!
Of course, the consequence of all this is that copies are out in the wild, and Yoshida has warned people to beware spoilers. He said: "An extremely talented team has worked long and hard to bring Nathan Drake's greatest adventure to life and we would urge you to help us prevent this from being spoiled by purchasing copies of the game ahead of the launch date. Please rest assured that we will be very vigilant to protect you from this as far as we can."
This is getting crazy.

You could say if they get caught it would be a Thief's End
No doubt by tomorrow there'll be a bunch of copies in my local CEX going off as 'preowned', that place is a thieves haven.
Perhaps they shouldn't announce a launch date until a launch date can be confirmed, wazzocks
There's always that one person.
Was the guy who nabbed the shipped copies accompanied by either:
a) a grumpy old guy with a cigar
b) A lady with blonde hair and a camcorder
c) A bald guy (probably limping) with a mockney accent
d) A lady with dark hair and unnecessarily tight trousers?
If so, I would hazard a guess that this is life imitating art.
This is why we can't get nice things in this world. So many fricking scumbags...
@Rudy_Manchego
@Neolit You haven't been on a UK train recently... you'd be lucky to find a clean seat, let alone something worth heisting!
Spoilers: drake goes on an adventure
he shoots at guys to death
he meets a woman from his past who is independent and don't need no man but also needs to be saved
there is treasure to be found
there is wall scaling and platforrming of that sort that causes death if done wrong
Did I spoil enough?
Completed the game and traded it in already, the guy in the wheelchair did it.
