In its most recent livestream of Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness, publisher Square Enix detailed how the action role-playing game will differ across PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. While both versions of the release will feature the same content, it looks like the new-gen edition will boast some advantages, according to Gematsu.

For starters, the PS4 version will run in 1080p at 60 frames per second, and, as you'd expect, it'll generally look better than its last-gen counterpart. Not the most surprising news, then, but it's nice to hear that the game should provide a silky smooth experience on Sony's latest console.

If you've got the time, we've embedded an archived version of the aforementioned broadcast below, which shows off a decent amount of gameplay and even a brand new Japanese trailer.
