December's finally arrived which means that we can no longer complain when we see garish Christmas lights attached to the front of someone's semi-detached. To celebrate the season, SCEE's rolled out its customary '12 Deals of Christmas' campaign, which sees new offers introduced every 48 hours in the run up to 25th December.
Kicking things off is Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which is half-price on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. To be fair, the offer's a good'un: the game will cost you £29.99 on Sony's new-gen system and £19.99 on its old one. Yes, it can be purchased for a lower price in shops – but not by a whole lot.
The platform holder's also running a 'Games Under £12' promotion through until 24th December, which spans dozens of PlayStation 3 and Vita titles. We'll leave you to peruse the full list, but standouts include savings on every Ratchet & Clank release, as well as reductions to cult hits like Gravity Rush and Puppeteer.

Need to get the HD collection sometime so I can catch up with this series.
I still have only played MGS1 and the terribad remake on the gamecube.

Thanks to this game, now if I see a shipping container anywhere in real life, my mind automatically starts thinking about fultoning it! lol
I still find it disgusting that they think it's perfectly acceptable to charge 50% extra for the current gen version. Surely this game was made for PS4 and most of the 'extra' work was done to make it run on PS3. Take a hike unwelcome discount.
This would be great except I keep getting error messages when I try to buy anything or top up my wallet! Sort it out Sony!
Finally picked up Gravity Rush for Vita, was waiting for ages for that to go on sale
