Fallout 4's building system is just another mechanic slathered on top of what is already a pretty darn dense game, but we're beginning to see the fruits of the addition. One committed wasteland constructor has compiled 128 generators, 36 terminals, and thousands of wires to create an in-game Rubik's Cube. It took him/her 25 hours to complete the colourful floating object.
There are more images of the ambitious construction over on Imgur, in which its architect shows off the insides of the cube – as well as all of the wires powering it. One of the greatest moments in LittleBigPlanet history was when someone figured out how to make a calculator. How long until the Fallout 4 fanbase follows suit?

I've built a 4 story house that defies the laws of physics, I'm planning on probably starting again and lighting up one side with some sort of motif
Barley starting building anything. Mostly started on sanctuary and a movie drive in, but didn't do much building in sanctuary except close up some already built homes and got them happy. The drive in has only a few built places cuz I was testing it out a bit more. I like the addition of this system. It's what Skyrim should of had for the dlc for building your own home from what my gf said. I think it would work if they did it right. Like did quest to get property deeds where you can build your own home and such.
Fallout 4 though is an amazing game. There is so much to do in the game. It's freaking crazy. Lol. Worth the price point.
i only helped sanctuary fix it up though i havent got there food situation sorted yet, still working on that mission. i didnt bother making anything yet figuring id stumble on a better location further into the game.
Sure, it took him 25 hours to build it, but how long did it take him to solve it?
So far I made a very awkwardly placed bed, and a water pump. Send all awards to Happy Dude, PO Box 101....

I always do the lazy option of planting a prefab down and filling it with sleeping bags. I'll lay down two water pumps, a few rows of mutfruit plants and a turret. Then I sod off and roam the wasteland as the Silver Shroud.
@theowest Great work, dude! I'm sure many other people besides me would love a video of it in action! Even if it's only captured straight from the PS4.
@Totaldude911 PC actually. The screenshots are in 4k with ultra graphical settings.
Couldn't have built it with the console commands on PC either.
