This author may like Star Wars Battlefront about as much as being force choked, but we're more than happy for those of you foolish enough to be enjoying the game to lap up the mediocrity for a little longer. EA Games announced on Twitter earlier this evening that it will be extending the PlayStation 4 blockbuster's server stress test through 13th October, which should give you ample time to come to your darn senses.

It's perhaps worth noting that your mileage may vary during the extra 24 hours. "This is all being done in the name of shoring up our infrastructure before we launch on 17th November."
