A thief's work never ends
Ah, yes – Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has a multiplayer mode, and it's looking pretty great judging by this Paris Games Week trailer. In it, we see familiar favourites from the franchise dashing around gorgeous battlefields, teaming up with AI-controlled sidekicks, and unleashing all sorts of power-ups. It looks very arcade-inspired, but the trailer's great. The game's playable this in France this week, so expect more soon.

I did not understand what was going on
This looks fantastistic.

On the one hand this looks like it's cheapening some stuff (like El Dorado by making it basically a grenade, or Lazaravic and Marlowe by making them playable characters).
On the other UC3's MP (not to mention TLoU's) was fantastic so I can't wait to play.
I can't say that the announcement of another Uncharted MP filled me with any excitement. I didn't really play much of 2 and 3's and in truth I don't buy Uncharted for its MP anyway. This game would be purchased if it didn't have an MP anyway.
Having watched the reveal, I don't know that it will get much time spent on it but to give credit where its due, I did like the fact that Naughty Dog have added in a few things to separate it from a lot of the other generic 3rd person MP shooters. I also liked the fact that the characters appear to have retained their personality rather than be a generic character with a recognisable 'skin'. Its these things that are more likely to encourage me to play.
I really like the looks of it but I'm worried about the whole "supernatural" abilities or something. Hell, even UC2 fans are disappointed because it didn't look a lot like Uncharted 2's multiplayer and instead is more like a mixture of UC3 multiplayer and TLoU but more "casual". But I don't get it. I mean, sure it looks different but Halo 5 has a more defined and bigger multiplayer than it precessors and everyone seems to like it.
It would be cool if there was a 4 player co-op like that starting sequence. Also, I'm interested to see how that passing/tossing a med kit to a teammate mechanic's gonna affect the game.
Another reason I like UC's MP (both Co-op and PVP) mode is you have the characters speaking. You hardly see that in other games.
That looks like the 4-player co-op multiplayer than the PvP side of the multiplayer, over the next couple of weeks we'll find out. But it does look good & cannot wait to try it out on the 4th Dec, that being the date for the Beta.
