Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth released earlier this year in Japan and was positively received by fans and critics alike. The turn based role-playing release is supposedly one of the best Digimon games on the market, and as such, Western fans went nuts for possible localisation plans. The title was confirmed for an overseas launch on PlayStation 4 and Vita a few months back, and now, the 2016 release window has digivolved into a concrete release date.

Those of you that are digidestined will want to mark the 2nd February on your calendars, and while this currently only applies to North America, we're sure that a European date isn't far behind. What's more, pre-order bonuses have been revealed, and include Black Agumon, Black Gabumon, costumes for your digital pal, a bunch of in-game items, and access to two powerful 'mon that are exclusive to the Western version of the game. It's worth mentioning, however, that these pre-order extras only apply to the physical PS4 edition.

Are you already packing your bags for a trip to the digital world? Count how many times we've used the word 'digi' in this article and then tell us that we're digidumb in the comments section below.
