There was more PlayStation Vita during Sony's pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference today than every E3 media briefing ever combined, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS Force was just one of the titles on display. Series enthusiast Robert Ramsey has bogged off to get some lunch, so it's down to this clueless author to try and describe this one to you. Apparently it's got robots in it.
In all seriousness, this is the latest instalment in the ludicrously popular Gundam VS series, with the franchise's familiar two-on-two face-offs taking centre stage. There'll be various famous Mobile Suits from Gundam Reconguista in G and Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, so one for the fans perhaps. It's due out this winter in Japan, but there's no word on a Western release.

Yeah, a Gundam game!! Day 1.
Would prefer Armored Core, but might give this a look of it comes out over here.
I have a feeling that this game won't come to the west anytime soon just like they did with the PS3 version.
I reckon if an Extreme VS game ever gets put on PS4, it definitely has a chance of making it over here. Vita and PS3? I doubt it, given the history of the franchise.

@JLPick Who can say? Franchises get revived quite often these days, so it's possible - just a case of whether or not anyone will bother.
