October PlayStation Plus Games to Be Revealed Very Soon

If anyone wants to know why... I'm autistic and if I don't know the exact day of the reveal I am very absent minded until the announcement (that's also caused by my ADHD and ADD.)

I don't mind the wait, as long as they could maintain a level of consistency.

Ditto for the store and sale updates as well. We used to always get them mid week, and I'm certain that a month or so back the store post started coming out on a Monday, with the sales update on Tuesdays, to bring it more in line with the US.

Since then, that seems to have gone by the wayside, as one now seems to come out on tuesdays and the other one pretty much whenever they feel like it!

Pretty sure Super Meat Boy is one of the games. Looking forward to giving that a go.

New PS+ games,The Nathan Drake Collection,Witcher DLC and WWE 2K16 all coming out in October...

I'm going to have to stop sleeping to play everything.

I'm gonna guess 1 budget retail ps4 title (Knack, Rayman Legends), Super Meat boy and a couple of multiplat indies.

Id like to see Risk or something similar.
Anything NOT sidescrolling for a change would be nice too.

@darkswabber I have Inattentive type ADHD so I understand the feeling. Though waiting for the announcement doesn't usually distract me,waiting for the store to update at some random time so I can download the new Plus games makes me pretty unproductive for the day.

This better be Crash PS4, they've been teasing us too much...

@Not-Another-Ad Good guess, Knack is likely but I have been saying that for a year now! I would like Some 20 year ps1 anniversary games to be free.

I hope they start giving some full releases away soon. Xbox has had tomb raider definitive edition Rayman legends and a few others and the fanboy I work with is gettin on my tits lol

Indies await!!, In any case I don't see anything strange, the always announce it the Wednesday of the week before they come out, so if they are coming next Tuesday they will announce them tommorrow

A couple of free rentals on Now or some PS1 classic like Silent Hill or MGS!

Usually when they wait to the last second, they end up being only indie games.

It'll be nice to know, but there's no rush. I'm personally hoping AC4: Black Flag is on the PS4 list, as it looks like a fun pirate game, but I don't want to pay for it since it has the chain-kill system.

How Soon Is Now?

As long as it's better than this month. I voted for that garbage since it seemed like the better of 2 evils. I played it 10 minutes and never thought about it since. It's going to be another indie whether we like it or not and not a AAA title. It's the trend.

My ps plus lapsed 2 months ago for the first time in 4 years.
Will October make me re-subscribe? Doubt it but I hope so I love my vita and ps3 but if they must drop those 2 in order to raise the quality I'm all for it. I want full retail games now...
They dropped the instant game collection to give us a wider range of games that was a direct quote. But all they've given us is shovelware with a handful of worthy stuff in the last 18 months.

@Ewflex I'm worried about when they give us a AAA game it'll just be to get us to re subscribe then back to shovelware.

@sradmatt meaning one good AAA then back to low quality indie games. There are some good indie games I played from psn but not lately. I think it's getting harder for publishers to want to make a deal to give us their AAA game.
I know rocket league is popular but is just not all that to me. Guacamelee was good and limbo as well. Some it's just been a mix bag but growing home this month was garbage. I haven't really cares much and forgot about the next month psn free game since phantom pain is taking up so much of my time.

@Ewflex but explain why Sony never give their own games away? The instant game collection worked really well as a advertisement back in it's heyday they gave golden abyss away now from that I own all the uncharted games and many other franchises so it does work for when there's a new game coming out to give the old one away to maybe attract new customers. Xbox live gold has been getting good games so why haven't we? And I agree there are a lot of great indie games but it's got to the point where that's all we get now and it's tiresome some of these games are identical to each other and poor quality. Maybe we will see it improve in time but you'd think we'd be seeing more launch titles added as no one will pay for them anymore as they've all been bettered now.

@sradmatt I look at Sony once again for being complacent and not making a sacrifice by giving us one of their first party games. Honestly I don't want their first party games cause I played the ones I like such as knack and second son. I just any AAA that is if good quality and not a bargain bin game.
