Wow, it's time for another Fallout 4 character building video already? Putting the C in S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is charisma - an attribute that's of great importance to those post-apocalyptic survivors who don't necessarily like to shoot their way out of every sticky situation.
Charisma allows you to trade more effectively, persuade both allies and enemies to adopt your way of thinking, and it can even help you befriend ferocious mutated beasts. In short, it's a pretty handy attribute to fall back on - after all, the wasteland isn't exactly brimming with people that you can trust.

There's so many different ways to shape your character. It's gonna be tough to choose what attributes to go with when the time comes
@Cowboysfan-22 I always put charisma at max, it's gonna provide some interesting dialogue oprtions
