Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain might be a phenomenal piece of open world stealth, but it unfortunately released with a bug which corrupts your save file if you take companion Quiet with you on missions 29 or 42. Luckily, Konami has quickly released a patch which rids the game of this annoyance.

As it currently stands, only the PlayStation 4 version has had the fix implemented, so if you're playing on the PlayStation 3 you'll unfortunately have to continue to make sure you don't use your scantily clad colleague in those particular sorties. Have you been playing Metal Gear Solid V? Have you encountered this glitch? Let us know in the comments below.
