Back in the day

It's just dawned on everyone at Push Square Towers that we've somehow produced 81 issues of WAYP. For starters, it's amazing that we haven't missed an edition yet – but even more incredible is that this remains one of the more popular features on the site. Who'd have thought that something so simple would be so successful?

I'll be getting down and dirty with the cast of Until Dawn this weekend, but unfortunately I'm not allowed to say much more at this point. Check back on Monday for full impressions.

It's review duty for me this weekend I'm afraid, so I won't be able to tell you what super secret games I'm playing. That said, if I do get an extra free hour or so, I may be tempted to boot up Destiny and have a crack at some high level Strikes. I can almost hear Sammy's disapproval from here.

I can't really take myself away from Rocket League. It's been some time since it came out now, but it's just so insanely enjoyable. Plus, now that I've finished up Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, I'm waiting patiently for Until Dawn.

It warms the cockles of my heart that as the graphical possibilities of the eighth generation of consoles begins to blossom, our gaming landscape is so diverse that we still appreciate a title with an 8-bit NES aesthetic as one of the highlights of 2015. Subsequently, in honour of Push Square's Best PS4 Games of the Year So Far list, I'm going to play Shovel Knight.

Short and sweet this week, but we expect plenty of conversation in the comments section below. What are you playing this time? Let us know.
