This is going to be a pretty short news story, we're afraid. This week's free The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt downloadable content has been revealed, and it's an alternate outfit for main character Ciri.
Rather than her usual, somewhat casual Witcher gear, you'll be able to dress the heroine up in some more rugged clothing. The add-on was planned for release last week, but CD Projekt Red announced that it was too busy working on the title's upcoming patch to get the DLC finished on time.

Is there any way to change these back once you've downloaded them?
@Jambo4170 There is. When you're on the main menu before you load your game, go to downloadable content. I can't remember if it's in the options menu or not, but you can enable or disable each piece of DLC there.

This is all ready out in the US. I downloaded it a few days ago.
