Way to rain on the Bethesda press conference parade, PlayStation. Ahead of its own media briefing on Monday night, the platform holder has uploaded a batch of new screens from hotly anticipated PlayStation 4 adventure, No Man's Sky. There's nothing really new to note here – aside from the fact that the Hello Games developed escapade continues to look seriously lush.
The flavour text notes that you'll be flying from planet-to-planet, cataloguing fresh life forms and revealing the secrets behind the universe. If you're still not actually sure what the first-person foray's all about, we did pen a pretty detailed recap last year. The Cliffs Notes version is as follows: you've got to get to the centre of the galaxy.
The blurb mentions that each planet will be filled with danger, so you'll need to ensure that you're ready for whatever obstructions you face – be they on land or in space. Looks like the Guildford-based developer's bringing back an old phrase for this one, then: fail to prepare and prepare to fail. Calendar quotes aside – phwoar, this is looking tasty, ain't it?
