One game that was conspicuous in its absence before Christmas last year was Journey. Sony officially announced the PlayStation 4 port at GamesCom in August, which put an end to a series of hushed chirps regarding the re-release. However, while its contemporary The Unfinished Swan came and went in late October, there was no mention of thatgamecompany's seminal sand stomping pilgrimage.
However, writing on Twitter, the developer has confirmed that Tricky Pixels – the studio behind the conversion – is "not too far off" finishing the project. We suspect that, with all of its online interactions, this is a much more difficult title to port, and, to be honest, given the significance of the original, we'd rather that it took its time.
