Confession: we didn't know that Sony's big CES 2015 press conference was last night. Despite its focus on non-PlayStation electronics, we typically take a moment to live blog the event β mainly so that we can marvel at gaffer Kaz Hirai's impressive stage presence. Sadly, we missed the live show β but thanks to the beauty of technology, we've been able to embed the full video below.
To be honest, there's not a whole lot for gamers here. In addition to a brief look at television streaming service PlayStation Vue, the only real worthwhile announcement relates to the PlayStation 4's sales figures. There are some good The Interview gags, though β as well as a cameo from the Birdman himself, Tony Hawk, in which he confirms a new PlayStation 4 title is on the way. Random.

No Last Guardian announcement...? LAME!
Did they not also mention silent hills was an exclusive a d that shenmue III was out in 2015
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi 'fraid not.
Well, PS Vue was an added incentive to buy a PS3 for my bedroom rather than some other streaming device, so I am interested in that. Not enough to watch a 90 minute vid, but I'm glad to see it's coming soon and PS3 is still being mentioned, unlike PS Now which seems to be PS4 only now (though I'm not interested i that, just saying.)
When you said "birdman" I thought you meant Michael Keaton.
That nearly $1200 Walkman though , complete with only 128GB and an old version of Android.... I thought Sony was trying to make better business decisions ....
@shoryukenkid Supposedly Sony's tech line has been doing bad for a few years now. They announced that they plan on converting their tech line to high priced niche devices, that overly expensive Walkman seems to be the first. I still don't think it'll help.
