White wash

We hope that you’re hungry, because God Eater 2: Rage Burst will be scoring a sizeable helping of hardware treats. Due out alongside the re-release early next year, Sony has prepared a line of custom PlayStation 4, Vita, and even PlayStation TV consoles, which will be available in limited quantities from its official Japanese store.

The stylish next-gen systems will ship in both Glacier White and Jet Black, and will include several insignias from the game etched onto the hard drive cover. The personalised handheld will be available in the same colours, too, and will boast similar markings on its rear touchpad. We like the themed PlayStation TV the best, though, which looks great in gold and white.

How much will these bespoke boxes cost, then? The PS4 will set you back ¥41,980 ($353), and will come with a free theme designed to tie into the title. Meanwhile, the Vita will also come with a theme and storage sleeve, and will cost you ¥20,980 ($176). It’s the PlayStation TV that will be the cheapest, however, retailing for just ¥16,280 ($137), though it doesn’t come with any extras.
