It doesn’t feel like that long since the last major Invizimals outing launched in Europe, but already the sequel has apparated into sight. A huge success in its native Spain, Invizimals: The Resistance is set to launch on Sony’s handheld system on 29th October, and will plot the return of Brian Blessed’s brilliant beard. Who could complain about that?
The big improvement here is that the game will no longer require AR Cards to run, as it’s using new technology which allows you to capture the hidden creatures anywhere. There’ll be a few new game modes to keep veterans occupied, too, including Survivor Battles, Free-for-All, and more. Check out the trailer embedded below, and let us know if you intend to catch ‘em all in the comments section.

Is this different with last week?
I played the demo and I regretfully said it was boring
@divinelite Yeah, this is the new one, but no US date yet.
This is the game I bought a psp for. Also bought the first psvita game, but I always hated that you had to use AR cards. I'm glad they're no longer necessary.
I wonder if America will ever get this game. Maybe a year later like the first Vita game. Or years later like the third PSP game. Whatever the case: I do hope that the AR-marker-free experience works well enough.
@Nymo - America should have Invizimals Vita, PSP and PS3 on the store right now!
