We've all sat and watched as pre-order bonuses have gotten crazier over time, as near pointless trinkets are offered up as a way to entice us into hitting that big colourful 'add to basket' button. But what happens when you pre-order not one, but two different games before a set date? Well, mega publisher Activision has the answer.
If you pre-order both Destiny and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare before September 16th at UK retailer GAME, you'll receive a code for an exclusive armour shader for use in Bungie's sci-fi shooter. The coloured coating will apparently add a yellowish glow to your Guardian. and the offer spans both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. So, er, what do you think of this? Have pre-orders gone too far, or is this just a harmless, small bonus? Show us your colours in the comments section below.
