If you’re desperately searching for a new PlayStation 4 title to tide you over until The Last of Us Remastered later in the month, then a heavily discounted Killzone: Shadow Fall may be right up your alley. The title received mixed reviews when it released last year, but we’re big fans of the sci-fi outing’s online component, as well as the co-operative expansion that deployed last week.
Whether or not you love first-person shooters, we reckon that the title’s worth a punt at $19.99, which is what Best Buy’s currently requesting as part of a sale online. Considering that pre-owned copies retail for around $29.99, that represents a real reasonable saving – and with Guerrilla Games teasing even more free maps for the affair, there’s never been a better time to pick it up.

Still need to get this. I dont own a single retail game on ps4, only downloadables/indies. Transistor,resogun, outlast, etc. There are so many to keep me occupied.
getting my ps4 next weekend,but im at a major dilema..do i buy the killzone pack or infamous pack?.
@mikey85 I'd get the infamous pack. Shadow Fall is a terrible game. I loved all the Killzone games to date except Shadow Fall. Sure in parts it looks fantastic that's about all good I can say about it. It's just broken! Infamous on the hand doesn't do anything spectacular but it's a solid game with some nice touches if a little predictable. I've also a sneaking feeling Shadow Fall will soon be added to the PS+ IGC anyway.

@mikey85 Shadow fall was my first killzone and I'd rate it a 7 out of ten. It's decent. I'd give infamous an 8. Maybe buy the infamous pack and get killzone for cheap. It's worth playing. It has some good chapters and some not so good chapters. It's online is decent as well, and while it's not super active, it shouldn't be too hard to find games.

@mikey85 Since KZ price is already really low, might be worth getting the Infamous 2 pack. Also because it has much more to do during and after the main campaign. Overall more enjoyable to play (unless your favor shooters more). KZ to me feels similar to the last installment. It's decent, but nothing that really makes it stand out.
