Witcher

It seems that we can't go more than a few days without another major release having its most intimate secrets leaked to the public. The most recent example of this trend is this gargantuan spill of essentially every detail you could ever want to know about The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Thankfully, this world-weary reporter hasn't played a single game in the popular franchise, so absolutely none of these potentially spoiler-ridden documents make any sense to him.

However, one of the more interesting sections of the leak includes an image of the game's incredibly large map. In order to avoid spoilers, we haven't included it here, but if you really can't help yourself, you'll find the picture through here. Don't panic if you're not game to take a look, though, as we suspect that the hushed "Oohs" and "Aahs" of your fellow readers will convince you that developer CD Projekt Red has crafted a sufficiently massive world.

What's more, the document includes an intriguing quote which helps explain how the Warsaw-based studio has attempted to populate these plentiful and prodigious planes. "After establishing the regions of Ard Skellig," it states. "We had a start-up layout to begin scattering points of interest that make consistent sense and serve as gameplay and/or navigation spots."

What do you make of this juicy leak? Has it got you even more excited for The Witcher 3, or are you still not impressed? Ready your bow in the comments section below.
