Pay Tribute to Last Year's E3 with European PSN Sale

Posted by Nicola Hayden

Wallets at the ready

With the gluttony of blockbusters set to be revealed imminently at E3 2014, it's going to be hell waiting until Christmas and beyond to actually play them. Fortunately, Sony's aiming to ease your impatience with a sizeable sale on the European PlayStation Store. This focuses on titles from last year's big show, so if you missed out on any of the heavy hitters at release, this is for you. Set to run until 14th June, it features some of the biggest – and smallest – names from the event.

Our recommendations from the list include multi-gen titles such as Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Battlefield 4, and Need for Speed: Rivals. If you haven't upgraded to the PlayStation 4 yet, there's Borderlands 2 for £7.99, Tomb Raider for £7.99 and Dark Souls 2 at £34.99. The PlayStation Vita's getting in on the action, too, with Football Manager Classic 2014 for £14.99 and Persona 4 Golden also at £14.99.

If you want to see the complete list for your window shopping pleasure, check out the full roster through here. Are there any showstoppers that you're planning to pick up? Open your wallet in the comments section below.

Nothing of interest to me in the list that I don't already have...I was interested in octodad until I saw gameplay videos and it looked awful....the Assassins creed IV season pass is possible perhaps.

@Munkyknuts octodad gameplay looks amazingly hilarious... ?? I've had £20 PSN credit waiting to be spent so splashed out on Octodad, Assassin's Creed IV Season Pass, Need For Speed Most Wanted Vita and Real Boxing was £1.67 on vita too. Not bad really.

@SimonAdebisi I'm missing what's meant to be appealing about octodad....but different folk different tastes. There is plenty of good content in the sale I just have most of it already unfortunatly.

HA! I might spend £45 on a 7 month old game, or get the physical copy off ebay for £20 cheaper. This isn't a sale.
