Destiny may still be months away, but that hasn't stopped developer Bungie from stoking the hype machine by releasing a brand spanking new trailer. While there's nothing really PlayStation 4 specific here, it does give us some nice new footage to ogle. The clip itself features some astoundingly pretty graphics, astoundingly epic music, and astoundingly inane PR speak. It ticks all of the boxes, really.
Interestingly, the designers themselves talk candidly about some of the ways in which levelling and the larger single player campaign have been integrated into the hotly anticipated shooter's massively multiplayer shell. While we already knew it, it's nice to have it reaffirmed that the lone wolves among us will still have plenty to see and do in the sci-fi romp.
Will you be picking up Destiny come September, or are you getting tired of first-person shooters? Does the game's multiplayer focus put you off? Reload in the comments section below.

Still hate some of what they're doing with the singleplayer, but I'd be the biggest liar in the world if I said I'm not hyped for this. I've tried to not let it reach the levels of hype I have for Arkham Knight which we all know will meet expectations but Destiny does seem awesome.
is this the new borderlands game they were talking about?
I'll be picking it up; would love to another game to play with friends and seems very interesting.
This was far better than the previous bit of gameplay I saw, I'm now officially excited again.
The more I see and hear about this game, the more I get excited for it. The world in this game is going to be HUGE
My most-wanted game. This is odd, as I far prefer a strategic RPG to any FPS-based game.
@Gamer83 I don't know if you've played any of the Halo games mate, but I never so been finally able to play a Bungie shooter is enough for me.
@adf86
Halo is my favorite franchise and Bungie's work on it is the main reason I'm excited for Destiny. I just hope the singleplayer experience doesn't get screwed up by this constantly connected nonsense.
Hopefully they add offline mode
Yay can't wait
@Gamer83 I think I heard that you can turn online off, could wrong though. A lot of comparisons with Borderlands but because Bungie are saying it's a ten year project then who knows how the game could grow.
Sweetness!!!
