In case potential customers weren't absolutely sure about Sony's newest console's super charged gaming prowess, a Japanese store has likened the power gap between the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 to Dragon Ball Z villain Frieza's first and final forms.
Spotted by Twitter user Kurage, we reckon that the sign is a brilliant way to describe the incredibly fast-selling machine – at least to those who are familiar with Akira Toriyama's action packed creation. The billboard also goes on to liken the PS4's numerous features to the deadly alien's various techniques, stating that because the console has 16 times as much memory as the PS3, "16 Death Beams can be used simultaneously". Well, that's one way to look at it, we suppose. Has this thoughtful shopkeeper finally explained the next-gen black box to you in a way that you can understand? This is genious
Best marketing ever!
@Knux Agreed
Brilliant!
I cant read japanese, but still, it's Freiza. And the Ginyu Force. What more could you ask for?
Glad to see even the japanese pick Frieza over Cell or Majin buu.
Why not ask Vegeta to scout the PS4 power level with his Scouter instead?
@Epic ITS OVER 9000!

This seriously made me chuckle.
@get2sammyb It's going to sell OVER 9000! I had to
Anyway i approve this move, only because i love Vegeta and DBZ.
They should have chosen Kid Buu, Frieza is only about as strong as Goten and Trunks.
PS Japanese Buyer: I wanted to buy a PS4 and I wanted to know is the system worth it over a PS3?
Japanese Store Seller: IT'S OVER 9000!!!
PS Japanese Buyer: REALLY are you telling me the truth?
Japanese Store Seller: Look at the chart and get your word of wisdom of both systems.
PS Japanese Buyer: Mmmm I see I will preorder one then because I LOVE DBZ but you should have put SSJ4 for PS4 and SSJ3 for PS3.
Brilliant!
@rjejr Frieza saga was the best saga! I loved it!
@Sanquine - I'm actually watching the Frieza episodes now w/ my kids, but after this were going to watch the original DB before going on w/ DBZ. We may never watch Majin Buu, I just don't like those seasons.
