The industry’s still getting warmed up to 2014, so this North American PlayStation Store update is a little lean yet again. Nevertheless, fans of stealth action may be delighted to learn that PlayStation Vita port Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD has finally stepped out of the shadows, while Halfbrick developed dual-joystick shooter Age of Zombies is gunning for your attention, too. Shall we get started?

PS3 Games

Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation HD ($19.99)
The year is 1765. While the seeds of the American Revolution are being sewn in Boston and New York, Spanish forces in the South plot to seize control of Louisiana for the Templars, threatening to forever shift the balance of power in the New World. As Templars secretly take hold of the slave trade in New Orleans, Aveline de Grandpré, an assassin of mixed French & African heritage, stands ready to defend her people. She soon finds herself on an unforgettable journey that will take her from the crowded streets of New Orleans to voodoo-haunted swamps and ancient Mayan ruins. Whether eliminating her enemies with new assassination skills or luring them into cunning traps, Aveline strikes mortal fear into the hearts of those who would stand against freedom.

The Raven: Legacy of A Master Thief ($29.99)
The Raven – Legacy of a Master Thief is the thrilling crime adventure from the creators of The Book of Unwritten Tales. Full of twists and turns, it immerses you in both sides of the story, combining thrill-of-the-chase whodunit with a heist story.

Guacamelee! Bundle Fantastico ($19.99)
PlayStation 3 system and PlayStation Vita system versions of the game
Costume Pack DLC
El Diablo’s Domain DLC
Official Game Soundtrack (remastered)
All 3 themes
10 favorite avatars
Chickens, lots of chickens.

PS Vita Games

Age of Zombies! ($4.99)
From Halfbrick, the creators of Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride, comes an unforgettable comedy adventure! Lock and load through the history of time as wisecracking hero Barry Steakfries, who is looking for nothing more than to shoot some zombies and make it back in time for a hearty dinner.

Doodle Devil ($5.99)
Embrace your dark side! While Doodle God was creating the universe, Doodle Devil was also having some fun. The same addictive, puzzle game play that made Doodle God a hit is back but with an evil twist. Discover the seven deadly sins and watch as the world crumbles at your fingertips as you create thousands of dastardly deeds. Combine fire, earth, wind & air to create demons, beasts, zombies… and much more!

Double Dragon ($5.99)
Based on the classic Double Dragon beat ‘em up series and movie, this import is a unique one-on-one fighting game that inspired many others. Question - Do I need to DL Bioshock Infinite since I already have the PS+ 1 hour trial DL? I noticed last night they are the same size 6.4GB.

Anything I need to know about having the 1 hr trial already DL that I haven't played yet? I remember reading about another game people had problems trying to play before or after the trial. Something about save point issues.

I got the sale. Indie is very accepted when it's in sale, and I got velocity ultra and Thomas was alone in the process

Anybody could recommend Lone survivor? The score is rather high for a retro game like this. Dilemma

It's not the new releases that shine this week, it's the amazing sales!

@get2sammyb - Glad you posted that link, I dont know when I'll ever get to it but Tales of Xilia for $10, compelled to buy it at that price.

Anybody now if Xillia is safe for kids? I don't care about bouncy boobs - as long as their mostly clothed - but I'm not big on blood and cursing. This looks ok, but so did Knytt Underground until I played it.

Here's an example of a bouncig boob 3DS game I rather they didn't play just yet:

Though it would be interesting done in the FF 13 engine. ;-)
