During today's much-hyped announcement event, Atlus released a trailer for Persona 4 Arena's sequel, Persona 4 The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold. Don't worry, it'll probably just be called Persona 4 Arena 2 in the West.
Although we only get a few quick glimpses of gameplay, it looks very much like you'd expect it to. The only real surprise here is a mysterious new character with blood red hair who wields two katanas – he also looks a little bit like super-smooth protagonist Yu Narukami. In any case, we absolutely adored Persona 4 Arena, and we can't wait for this – even if the PlayStation 3 brawler inevitably won't arrive in Europe until about 2018. Fancy jumping into the TV again? I love the name too, it's just too great! Can't wait for this, P4 Arena is one of my all-time favorite fighters.
Super name! May get it if it has new story.
P4A's good stuff. Can't wait to see how they improve it in this version.
