Free titles such as Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Remember Me may sell PlayStation Plus subscriptions in Europe and North America, but Sony is plumping up for a different strategy in its home territory. As spotted by Siliconera, the platform holder has produced a complete ten-page Manga in order to promote the premium service in Japan.
While we can’t read any of the comic ourselves, we can confirm that it stars an arrow with a face on it and a Lycra-clad lady with a cape. Apparently, characters include ‘Game Trial Boy’ and ‘Discount Woman’. There’s also a robot that appears to have a pet ghost – or something.
These kinds of guides are allegedly quite common in the Land of the Rising Sun, as this documentation on databases evidences. You can check out the full Manga for yourself through here. And don’t worry if you don’t understand the language – it’s probably more fun adding your own storyline to the images anyway.

Robot with a pet ghost, thats all that needs to be said.
Never change, Japan.
Change Japan, never must you
Works for me.
Couldn't translate it, but it looked to me like the robot didn't have a pet ghost, I thought the robot died and that it was his ghost.
How does the Japanese PS+ selection compare to the EU and US? Well I guess it has to be better than the US or they wouldn't bother, is it better than the EU?
I think you're on to something. Homer is better with anime eyes. Mr. Sparkle rules.
@rjejr PS plus is the best in Europe. But who could blame sony? The biggest fanbase is in Europe. However, you should be glad that most JRPG's are coming to America... Europe always have to wait... Thanks to the stupid laws every country has... Thanks to the germans many games got censored because of you know their past. Furthermore, Europe has a lot of languages...
