Liverpool FC fans will be happy to know that their beloved team will be getting special treatment in FIFA 14. The Merseyside squad have had their likenesses scanned into EA's upcoming release, so you won't have to worry about one of those weird custom-made faces popping up on the team sheet.
The reason for the reported three-year partnership appears to be a simple one, as EA Sports' Jamie McKinlay pointed to the sheer number of Liverpool supporters who are eager to see the reds in all of their glory. "We have over half a million registered LFC fans playing FIFA 13 and they all want to see authentic representation of their favourite Liverpool players in FIFA 14," he explained.

The game will also be released for Windows, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation Vita - including next-generation systems PlayStation 4 and Xbox One - and on devices running Android and iOS operating systems.

Haven't heard of the other versions until it was pointed out, so will those versions be FIFA 13 but updated kits/logo?

FIFA 14 will be on PS2,PS3,PS4,PSP,PS Vita! If only they did a PS1 version too Anyway this will be the last PAL retail game on PS2 and one of the last on PSP. I should grab the first for collector's reasons.
I'm just really happy that I won't have to look at a bunch of freakish half-made player faces that someone at EA Sports has cobbled together in an afternoon.
Seriously, on FIFA 13 it's like... right, there's Gerrard. Suarez. Johnson (kinda). Reina. Who the hell is that? Oh, it's supposed to be Henderson... did they even try?

Oh, old sexy teeth is going nowhere. Especially if Bale goes for over £100m as we'll just ask for similar. Nobody noticed now he's back home all the "I want out" stuff has stopped? He owes us at least one more year for all the crap and if we manage to get into the European Cup then I think he'll stay. Gonna be very odd though as a lot of fans need to be won over again by him, can see his goals getting just a muted round of applause in his first few games.
