GamesCom 2013: Sony Bringing Unmissable Reveals to German Show
Posted by Sammy Barker
Don't miss a thing
GamesCom is less than a week away now, meaning that the folks over at Sony are packing their bags and panicking over their passports as we type. This year’s show promises to be a big one, with the platform holder teasing tons of information regarding announced and unannounced titles. “Suffice to say, you won’t want to miss it,” teased Fred Dutton on the PlayStation Blog.
The press conference – which is set to take place on 20th August – will be live streamed from 18:00PM BST (10:00AM PST / 13:00PM EST) on the PlayStation Blog, PlayStation Home, and – fingers crossed – Push Square. We haven’t actually got official confirmation from Sony just yet, but we’d be very, very surprised if we didn’t get the nod. Assuming that all goes to plan, you can expect live text, chat, and all of the other bells and whistles.
And, of course, we’ll have round-the-clock coverage and commentary on all of the big announcements. The manufacturer’s keeping its reveals close to its chest, but you should expect to see the first footage of Housemarque’s inaugural PlayStation 4 title, as well as new details on DriveClub and Killzone: Shadow Fall.
Is there anything in particular that you’re itching to see at this year’s show? As always, let us know in the comments section below.
