Dragon Age Inquisition

There's a while to wait yet before you can get your bloodied, armoured mitts on Dragon Age: Inquisition, which is now set to release in Autumn 2014, a developer diary confirmed during EA's Gamescom presser.

The diary itself offers a few glimpses of new, in-engine footage, as well as insight from numerous members of the development team including the project's Creative Director, Mike Laidlaw. The video is also laden with chunks of juicy info and gameplay promises - the title will feature a massive world, but will still attempt to tell the kind of choice-ridden story BioWare is known for, while also striving to look visually fantastic thanks to the Frostbite 3 engine.

It all sounds very impressive so far, and it seems as though the Canadian developer is pulling out all of the stops. Are you looking forward to leading the inquisition later next year? Will you be battling the monsters of the Fade on PS3, or PS4? Let us know in the comments section below.
