Australian outfit Nnooo has started work on a brand new PlayStation 4 title. In a statement issued earlier today, the escapeVektor developer confirmed that it already has access to development kits for Sony’s next generation platform, and that it hopes to have something to announce later in the year.
“It's exciting to be developing for a new generation of consoles,” said creative director Nic Watt. “We're delighted to get early access to PS4 development kits so we can get our games on the console as quickly as possible.”
Details are under wraps, but apparently the studio's next title will release on the PlayStation Vita, too. "We're still at an early stage of development on our new game," Watt added. "We don't want to announce anything until we are more advanced with the project. Hopefully we'll be able to say something about it around the middle of the year."
We rather enjoyed escapeVektor, so we’re eager to see what the studio cooks up on the PS4. Considering the language of the above quote, we suspect that all will be revealed at E3.
