Rumour: Sony Santa Monica Teasing God of War Reveal

There will only be chaos
God of War developer Sony Santa Monica has hopped aboard the PlayStation Meeting hype train. In a sly Twitter message posted overnight, the developer teased: “What does our future hold for tomorrow? We heard they may open Pandora’s Box live on stage, [and] that would be awesome.” The message concluded with the ‘PlayStation 2013’ hashtag that Sony has been using to promote its impending press event.
With the gorgeous God of War: Ascension mere weeks away, we suspect that the studio is teasing new footage of the upcoming PlayStation 3 exclusive, rather than a full-scale PlayStation 4 reveal. The platform holder will have the eyes of the entire industry on it tonight, and that will give it plenty of opportunity to promote its upcoming wares.
