Free-to-play might mean “social games” to some developers – but not CCP Games. The upcoming DUST 514 is easily one of the most complex releases in the pipeline for PlayStation 3, and it won’t cost you a penny to play. This brand new trailer talks you through the process of getting set-up and prepared for battle. The level of customisation is absolutely insane. @hydeks Nah, CCP Games is very clear it's free-to-play. There'll be weapons and stuff to unlock, but the developer tells us that you'll be able to unlock everything naturally if you prefer. Of course, it's going to take a LOT of grinding if you don't pay.

Yeah read the interview for it whenever you get a chance, its really impressive. It sounds like a great balance of how the unlockables and paying aspect work out and it won't be a huge advantage to those who want to pay. Honestly I'm ridiculously excited for this game and don't plan on spending a penny on it!
