LittleBigPlanet Karting's Narrative is Utter Nonsense

Not that it really matters
Believe it or not, United Front Games’ upcoming LittleBigPlanet Karting has a storyline. Community coordinator Michael Buffaloe explains that the game takes place after the events of LittleBigPlanet 2, long after Sackboy squashed the evil Negativitron.
He continues that Craftworld was subsequently invaded by visitors from far away, each armed with a speedy go-kart and an eye for the planet’s most precious treasures. These swarms of otherworldly scavengers became known as The Hoard.
“The Hoard want all of Craftworld’s prizes for no reason other than to hoard them – they essentially embody the antithesis of Creative Sackartistry,” adds Buffaloe.
Of course, this all leads to a determined Sackboy, who pledges to race against The Hoard to win back Craftworld’s in demand artefacts. And that’s your motivation for playing through the single-player campaign.
It’s utter nonsense, but assuming United Front Games can match Media Molecule’s witty story-telling style, we’re sure it’ll provide some whimsical context to the core karting action.
