As previously rumoured, both Nariko and Sir Daniel Fortesque will be joining the cast of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Developer SuperBot Entertainment confirmed the news overnight as part of another exclusive GameSpot gameplay trailer. You can catch the characters in action below.
Nariko, who found fame in Ninja Theory’s Heavenly Sword, is described as a “high risk, high reward” fighter, while MediEvil’s Sir Daniel Fortesque is much more methodical. Both reveals round out the recent beta leak, which means there could be a handful of surprises left to announce.

Love all the newly announced characters, this game is shaping up to a great game!!! Dare we say it? Could this game end up being better than Nintendo's Smash Bros!?!?!? I kinda hope so...
I still don't know if I want this game or not. I think I still need to see the entire package and how it plays out. If I had a Vita and online fiends it's a must buy, but I don't. If it keeps individual stats for our 4 account family household like LBP that would be a plus. I hate games that name all the characters rjejr, rjejr1 and rjejr2.
Everybody is always saying - and rightfully so - PS4/Xbox720 will leave WiiU in the dust, and I kind of feel that way about this and SSB WiiU, only in reverse.
I think Sir Dan looks great, love the way they've designed him for this.
