Keeping an eye out

It seems as though Guitar Hero developer Neversoft has joined the Call of Duty family. An updated splash page on the former Tony Hawk studio’s website notes that it is currently working on the blockbuster first-person franchise.

Elsewhere, a handful of job listings confirm that it is indeed developing a “new FPS”.

There are currently six studios working on the Call of Duty franchise: Treyarch, Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games, Raven Software, Beachhead Studios and now Neversoft. Wouldn’t it be nice if at least one of those teams was allowed to do something different?
