F.E.A.R. developer Monolith has been hard at work on a PlayStation Network tie-in for the upcoming The Hobbit movie, publisher Warner Bros has announced.
Guardians of Middle-earth is a downloadable “multiplayer online battle arena” game scheduled for release on PlayStation Network later this year. It’ll allow up to 10 players to compete in five-on-five matches set against the recognisable back-drop of Middle-earth.
The game will feature over 20 guardians, including favourites such as Gandalf and Gollum.
Look out for the title's first trailer, which is set to be revealed on GTTV later this week.
