If you’re one of those miserable early adopters itching for something to play on your brand spanking new PlayStation Vita, then Top Darts developer Devil’s Details has some timely information for you. The British studio is prepping for the release of its first augmented reality game Table Top Tanks, which is set to fire onto the PlayStation Store next week.
That means from 22nd May in North America and 23rd May in Europe you’ll be able to engage in the most destructive desktop battle ever to grace your table top since Tic-Tac-Toe.
Table Top Tanks is an arena combat game that takes advantage of the Vita’s augmented reality features. Game types include Capture the Flag, Last Man Standing and more. You’ll be able to play against both AI tanks and up to three other friends via local multiplayer. There’s also a single-player campaign on offer if you’ve not got any friends.
You can get a glimpse of the game in action via the video below. Looks like a nice little time waster to us.
