Not the best subtitle

EA will release the next instalment in its Medal of Honor series in October.

The publisher confirmed Medal of Honor Warfighter is on the way to PS3 later this year, with a full reveal expected at Game Developer Conference in early March.

Medal of Honor's campaign was developed by Danger Close while multiplayer was handled by DICE, but the Swedish studio isn't involved in this year's effort, apparently. Its Frostbite 2 engine — as seen in Battlefield 3 — will power the game, however.
