Sony’s finally attached a date to thatgamecompany’s hotly anticipated arthouse PlayStation Network release, Journey. Sadly the launch date only applies to Japan.

Those living in the land of the rising sun will get to purchase the gorgeous adventure title on 15th March for a lowly sum of ¥1,200.

Sony’s yet to confirm a Western release date but it’s thought that the game will drop in March. Based on our in-depth calendar analysis, we’d assume that the game would arrive in North America and Europe on the 13th and 14th March respectively – but that depends on whether Sony’s aiming for a near-simultaneous launch worldwide or not.
