We've known for a while that Eat Sleep Play's upcoming Twisted Metal reboot would be getting a demo -- but we certainly didn't expect it to be dropping quite so soon

Outlined on Sony's Official PlayStation Blogcast podcast, senior social media specialist, Sid Shuman, has confirmed that fans will get to sample the car combat exclusive from January 31st when a demo races onto the PlayStation Store.

It's unclear what the demo will entail at this stage — but we're expecting machine guns and exploding cars for one.
