LittleBigPlanet's creator community is still heavily active on a daily basis.

Media Molecule's announced that the do-it-yourself game creation platform has now received its 6 millionth upload. That's a lot of levels.

According to the Guildford-based developer, 2.5 million of those levels were created in the last year since LittleBigPlanet 2's release. Apparently, up to 40,000 levels are created every week.

Even if you subscribe to the notion that 99% of the levels are trash, that still leaves 60,000 quality levels for you to play. That's a lot of gameplay, folks.

We're hotly anticipating the next iteration of LittleBigPlanet on PlayStation Vita. While the franchise is undeniably strong on the PS3, we think it might have found its true home on Vita.
