Sales of boxed Vita software so far may not be stunning, but according to Sony Computer Entertainment Japan CEO Hiroshi Kawano the download service is going better than expected.
The sales figures released by Media Create don't include download sales, but Kawano said:
Games and peripherals are selling extremely well. Sales of the download versions of titles are exceeding expectations.
Kawano also said that the console's first weekend sales of 321,407 units were "in accordance with expectations".
