Sony's released a new firmware update for the PlayStation Vita, adding stability to some games.

A tiny update released in Japan overnight ups the system's on-board software to version 1.51, which aims to alleviate any crashing and freezing issues experienced in "some" games — most notably Dynasty Warriors Next.

Thankfully, all of these minor technical issues should be resolved before the system's release in the West next year. Think of Japan's early adopters as beta testers or something.
