The publication asked readers to select their most desired hardware and software, and published the results online.

The PlayStation Vita topped the hardware poll with 374 votes, nearly a hundred more than the 3DS in second-place. PlayStation 3 came in at third with just 72 votes. Of course, it's worth remembering that the PS Vita's numbers are slightly skewed by virtue of the device not being available yet.

Software was a different story, with a variety of Nintendo 3DS games topping the poll. Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Gundam Extreme VS for PS3 took the third and sixth spot, while Hot Shots Golf 6 was the first PlayStation Vita entry in seventh.
