UK Sales Charts: Battlefield 3 Shoots To The Top Spot

The heavily anticipated DICE developed shooter has toppled last week's winner, Batman: Arkham City, to claim the number one spot in a largely familiar top-ten.

Activision's Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure continued its assault up the chart, jumping from 11th to ninth. Meanwhile, the arrival of Battlefield 3 pushed Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 out of the top-ten for the first time since its release.

But otherwise it's as you were. It's going to be interesting to see if Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception can dethrone the likes of Battlefield and Batman upon its release later this week.
