Valve's Giving PS3 Owners Some Serious Control Options For Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

The company has announced that the PlayStation Network version of Counter Strike: Global Offensive will not only support the DualShock 3 controller and PlayStation Move, but also mouse and keyboard too. Oh Valve, you lovable rogues.

If you're a PS3 player, the fun doesn't end there either. Valve's also confirmed complete cross-platform play across the PC, Mac and PlayStation 3, in addition to all the fancy extras that came packaged with the PS3 version of Portal 2. Players will be matched on skill, rather than control interface, the company has said.

A beta's set to kick off in October, with PAX and Eurogamer Expo attendees bagging codes.
