Adam Levine Sues Over Avatar's Extended Vocal Range.

As has been the case with previous detractors of Band Hero (and its basis, Guitar Hero), Levine is incensed over his in-game avatar's ability to perform songs written and otherwise performed by other artists (in said artists' voices no less). Levine is set out on making up for "unspecified damages" from Activision over a lengthy list of allegations including "unfair business acts or practices".

Obviously keen on keeping up with his virtual equivalents, Levine seems blissfully unaware that Band Hero has been on the stands since November of 2009. Talk about a celebrity gamer.
