Qrious About Qriocity? It Launches In North America Today.

The cool little PlayStation 3 application (also available on Bravia televisions, VAIO laptops, and even Blu-ray players), provides instant access to a catalogue of over 6 million songs for a small subscription fee. It launches in North America today.

As in Europe there are two tiers of subscription: "Basic" and "Premium". Both offer commercial-free music, but the "Premium" channel adds the ability to listen specific songs on demand as well as additional channels.

There's a demonstration of the application after the jump. It's a pretty cool service as it is, but it would be a killer feature if it worked in-game.
