Stacking Is All About Russian Dolls & Whimsy.

The PlayStation Network title, Stacking, is pitched as “third-person adventure puzzle game, set in a diorama open-world environment against a 1930’s era backdrop”. It's already sounding awesome, right?

The game involves Russian stacking dolls — seriously. The protagonist is tiny doll named Charlie Blackmore who can jump into various other characters to claim new abilities. Picture the scenario: Charlie's objective is to sneak past a guard. He can assume the role of a pretty lady and lure the guard away with sex-appeal, or he can sneak past with a different guise. Brilliant, huh?

There's a trailer after the jump courtesy of IGN. It's well worth a watch if only for the aesthetics.
